End-user education is the teaching of peoples to best practices such as not clicking at any unknown links or not downloading any attachments in emails, which could damage your precious information.

Malware is malicious software. It is most basic or common type of cyber threats, created by cybercriminal or hacker to damage a user’s computer.

It is the practice of getting sensitive information such as passwords, credit card information by a email, phone call, or text messages.
